Good Course , tough layout for the average golfer. Long second shots to par fours unless you can carry long distance off tee. To many fairway bunkers.

Love this course, fast greens and challenging. Not long for women, birdies possible. Ball must be in fairway; a few forced carries. Best hole is # 11, a drivable par 4, even got an eagle here. Wayward shots will severely penalize you. I have never shot my handicap here! Play during the week when I can find 40% discounts, too expensive otherwise.

The average golfer is not very-sophisticated or keen on what constitutes a good course. I was very disappointed, corporate golf strikes again. Additionally, my rather scathing review had nothing to do with how I played that day, I played very well,in fact.

I have joined the annual membership program here...the best deal in So Ca. A superb layout, fast, tricky but fair greens and excellent staff. A 1st class practice facility, one of the best in L.A. Good food, fairly priced.

For the women, they have the combination tees, where the pro shop will tell you which holes to play from the whites, versus the forward tees to increase the challenge. The combo was waaay too challenging for me. I lost 12 balls. I would like to play it again from the forward tees, only. Otherwise, the course was gorgeous, well maintain, greens were excellent and at twilight times in the summer months, it's waaaay toooo hot but the pacing was slow, no one behind or in front of our group. I will play it again.

I would play again, but perhaps not more than once or twice a year. A fun, but challenging Tough course. Some of the greens are not fair. The rules on penalty drops outside the environmental ares complicate the rounds and make it not a good course for serious tournamnets (did you see your ball go in there, or did you just think it went in there, and you can't go in there to look for it?). The new clubhouse is open and is nice. On a clear day, great views.

The course was real beat up, probably due to the draught were are experiencing. It used to be pristine, but it has changed due to the draught.

Course needs to finish the clubhouse to justify the price for play.

Nice track. The fact that there is no ob, but so much trouble does make it interesting. Not much room for error, without a penalty stroke involved.
